Processing time (the time it takes me to prepare an order for shipping) is 1-2 weeks.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us for any reason such as an incorrect address or it's deemed undeliverable, you will need to pay for shipping again in order for us to send it back to you. All additional shipping fees will be charged via PayPal.
Bobby Pins Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like to be eligible for a refund in case your package is lost in transit select "USPS Priority Mail + Insurance" at checkout. If you think your package is lost (the tracking number indicates it hasn't moved in over 2 weeks) but you did not select "USPS Priority Mail + Insurance" at checkout feel free to contact me and I'll be happy to help you open a claim with USPS.
The customer is responsible for international customs fees and taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
At this time I do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me with in 5 days of receiving your order if there is anything wrong with it.
Order cancelations are only accepted within 12 hours of the placing the order.
